Zaimah Khan, ACC, is a Coach, Author, and Training and Organization Development Specialist. She is an expert in adult learning and development and passionate about partnering with individuals in their growth journey.
In addition to coaching, Zaimah works as a Human Capital Consultant for Logistics Management Institute serving federal customers such as NASA, USPS, and FDA. She has coached clients in state, local, and federal government and in companies like Wells Fargo, INOVA, Chick-Fil-A, and Transunion. Zaimah has coached individuals and teams, and her clients have ranged from early career professionals up to the C-Suite level.
Zaimah is passionate about the future of work and the importance of human skills. She has delivered trainings and workshops on emotional intelligence, communication, time management, project management, multi-generational workforce, and skill development based on assessments . She also published “Future-Minded: Preparing Today’s Youth for Tomorrow’s Workplace” in which she shares strategies for developing human skills in K-12 aged children.
